Giorgio Topan

Giorgio Topan was born in Padua in 1958 and, after an artistic education, graduated in Architecture from IUAV University in Venice in 1982. Following initial experiences in architecture and urban planning, he specialized in industrial design at the Zanussi/Electrolux Design Center in Porcia between 1986 and 1989, developing a strong product-oriented and industrial design approach. In 1991, he co-founded the Perin & Topan studio, collaborating with numerous national and international office furniture companies and receiving important recognitions. Among these, the Best of Show selection at Neocon in Chicago for the Pamplona chair and the Forma executive system. Since 2015, he has continued his work with Topan & Partners, focusing on product design for office and residential environments, as well as lighting and graphic design, with a cross-disciplinary and innovation-driven approach.
