On November 11, DVO took part in OlMeet Roma 2025, the event dedicated to the evolution of workspaces and the new dynamics shaping the contemporary workplace.

Cristian Filippi, Corporate Sales Manager of DVO and Sitland, spoke on stage, offering a reflection centered on the profound transformation of professional environments. Filippi described how work ecosystems are undergoing an unprecedented phase of metamorphosis: work is no longer a place, but a living organism made of spaces, relationships, and personal rhythms in continuous interaction.

In this scenario, professional environments are evolving from static settings into dynamic, flexible, and adaptive habitats, designed to regenerate, stimulate, and support people’s well-being. Light, natural materials, biophilia, and perceptual quality become essential tools to create spaces capable of welcoming and enhancing “human biodiversity.”

A central role was attributed to resimercial design, an approach that blends corporate functionality with residential comfort. This gives rise to micro-environments for focus, decompression areas, hybrid spaces, and collaborative zones: a coherent system of solutions designed to meet the new and diverse needs of workers.

Through concrete examples drawn from projects by DVO and Sitland, Filippi illustrated how design, well-being, and corporate identity can merge into a harmonious experience, shaping fluid, evolving, and recognizable environments that grow together with people. The speech concluded with a shared, forward-looking vision:

“We generate the future together: with spaces that breathe, people that evolve, and habitats that learn.”
